4 week session includes basic foundation instruction

PLUS individualized 10 minute home program on the 1st visit; after the initial class, participants may return for the next 3 weeks at no additional cost.

Private classes start at $45

Couples classes start at $80

Please note; all participants must attend basic foundation instruction; for 4 week sessions, this is the initial class.  Clients receiving foundations through individual, private or semi-private instruction are permitted to attend active sessions on a space available basis for 3 visits at no additional cost; please call to insure space availability.
